Autorenporträt
Lecturer of logistics at Uganda Management Institute, and Programs Manager for Parliamentary Performance Scorecard Project in Uganda. He holds a PhD in Logistics Engineering and Management, Masters of Management Sciences (corporate Management) from Dalian Maritime University in China, and a Bachelor of commerce from Makerere University.
