Exotic animal are still the most popular animals and may be referred to as traditional pets. Exotic animal medicine is one of the fastest growing disciplines in veterinary medicine. From time to time, we hear news about exotic animals both on social media and on scientific platforms. Recently, however, we are faced with a lot of news and scientific data regarding the nutrition of exotic animals such as snakes, lizards and spiders as pets, which have an important place in people's lives. In order to perform an effective drug treatment in exotic animals, the appropriate dose must be administered by the appropriate route of administration. However, differences in the physiology and anatomy of the species may prevent the desired result from drug therapy and complicate the application of simple treatment. There is little information in the literature regarding the ways of using drugs to treat diseases in exotic animals. This book will provide an overview of the information veterinarians need to determine the most appropriate routes of drug administration in exotic animals and therefore to treat diseases appropriately. We believe that it will be beneficial for veterinarians.
