Frances resides in Phoenix, Arizona where she married at 22 and raised three children. She practiced as a nurse for 25 years. She has also attended one year of Bible College. In 1985, Frances made a rededication of her life to the Lord. At that time, she became enrolled in "God's School of Discipleship". Little did she know that she would have to go through many things in her own personal wilderness in order to prepare her for the task God was calling her to - teaching foundational principles and helping others to come out of bondage and grow up to spiritual maturity. She has been faithfully teaching hurting women for eight years and has seen many lives turned around by God's power. In 1988 a lady from her church saw a vision of Frances being interviewed about a book she had written. This book was inspired of the Lord and used to develop her into the teacher and writer she is today.
