Dream Bunny, a magical rabbit and Twinklie, a little star, look after an enchanted kingdom called the Place of Dreams. They are surrounded by thousands of sleeping toys nestled in colorful clouds with rainbows, stars and musical notes. One night Twinklie and Dream Bunny notice their land is disappearing. That is when four year old Lizzie discovers them and cuddles them tightly. While asleep in bed that night Lizzie magically lands in the Place of Dreams and is told how to keep it from disappearing. Once back home, Lizzie convinces her skeptical siblings how they can also go to the magical kingdom. Once there all three children an both amazed and a bit apprehensive in an area called the ImagineNation. There every word comes alive and only getting back to the Place of Dreams do they truly feel safe. As the children find their way back to the beds back home do they find out many Dream Bunnies have found their way to other children's home. That is went true adventures begin! C.J. Garrett presently resides in California as she continues to write and prepare for art showings. She has lived both in; winning awards from local theater events for her influence in creative makeup. She volunteered her time and knowledge to young children's projects Hawaii and California, inspired by the beauty and nature of both states. During her time in Hawaii she created an angelic ocean art series which included an original fantasy/adventure screenplay entitled, "Sea Angels". Also, during her time in Hawaii, she toured the islands with the Aloha Theater Company as an actress, including many other aspects of the theater behind the scenes, i.e. "Youth in Theater", teaching many artistic workshops. In California, she lived in Big Bear Lake and ran the largest writer's group in the San Gabriel Mountains. She worked with Log Homes Realty Company, creating artist renditions of Log Homes which were featured in "Log Home Magazine", and she also had a newspaper column for children called "Dream Bunny Cares", published in the Alpenhorn News Paper, located in Lake Arrowhead. The Special Edition 2024 "Dream Bunny. . . A Rabbit's Tale", and the character Dream Bunny has become her favorite of all her original works. C.J. envisionschildren from all around the world being inspired by Dream Bunny's message to use their imagination, with the final message to be young at heart!
