Jack D. Waggoner spent a lifetime traveling Asia selling American tire and rubber manufacturing equipment from his base in Kailua, Hawaii and Sacramento, California. During his military service, he served aboard the USS Philippine Sea (CVA-47) and later attended San Diego State College.
