Don't Stop Now: Making the Most of the Rest of Your Life is rich with useful, thought-provoking, and occasionally in-your-face information on topics that resonate for you, the woman over fifty. From non-compliant body parts to non-launching kids...from post-divorce dating to post-menopausal issues...from shushing your inner critic to shoring up your boundaries...no topic is off limits. As a member of the fifty-plus tribe, you are likely trying to figure out what to do with the rest of your life. Odds are your career is winding down or has ended. Your children have grown. Perhaps your spouse is no longer in the picture. If you're like most women in this age group, you're trying to come to terms with your life so far. Have you done enough? Have you made at least a blip of a mark on your world? Have you earned the right to finally put yourself first? If you're satisfied with your accomplishments, what's next? How do you navigate the rest of your life in ways that deliver as much joy, happiness, and satisfaction as possible? Don't Stop Now helps answer these questions. An interactive book, it opens each chapter with a personal assessment on a particular area of life such as physical and emotional health, finances and appearance, learning something new and giving back. You'll be encouraged to think about each statement that is presented for your review, then rate it on a scale of 1 to 10. A rating of 1 means "Alas, this isn't even remotely true" and 10 means "OMG! It's like you know me!" Each chapter ends with a series of action steps that provide an opportunity to evaluate where change might be necessary or where a pat on the back is in order. You'll meet women who've overcome familiar challenges. You'll hear from experts whose advice just might be the incentive you need. And you'll find the inspiration and motivation to make the rest of your life the best of your life. Whatever you want to do...whatever you need to undo...there's still plenty of time
