The strongest finding in this study was the gap in students changing their major (90% of college students from this institution say that they will change their major).

Dr. Kristy Taylor is a professor in the College of Business and Innovation at the University of Toledo where she teaches/advises over 640 students per year. She has been the Director in Academic Advising, Career Services and Student Activities. She lives in Michigan with her husband Matt and four sons.
