Lew Norris has had over twenty years' experience as a teacher, speaker, and workshop facilitator during his career as an employment consultant. In addition, he has made an extensive study of the Bible using many commentaries, which he has applied to his work as a lay preacher, Sunday school teacher, and Stephen Minister. He previously self-published a novel, Growing the Spirit, and a Bible discovery tour for laypeople, Do You Understand the Bible?
