Why does our health decline? Lack of maintenance. It is hard to know where to start. Luckily, you have found it. When I started searching for ways to improve my own health, my research found 27 health factors all intertwined with each other. I had enough information to be helpful to others. Why not write a book? Examining these health factors gives you a wholistic look at yourself and your surroundings. I love golf, so I included a scorecard for you to fill out. You know you, better than anyone else. The scorecard makes it easy to realize where maintenance is required. I have also included suggestions for making improvements on each health factor. This is a very good starting point for anyone trying to improve their health. My hope is that this is the only book you will need to stay happy and healthy, balanced, and at ease.
Autorenporträt
Roger Lee's Bio: Born, raised and living in beautiful Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. I married Susan Hardin in 1979 and we have two grown children and three grandchildren that we adore. My first love was sports, then bicycles, then cars. I had built a 1932 Ford Tudor sedan by the time I was sixteen. After high school, it didn't take long to become the Greenkeeper of a golf course; working with nature, in the fresh air and sunshine. I loved greenkeeping and did it for 43 years. My strong suits are organizing, maintenance, puzzles, motivating, and seeing how things work. I also have 64 years of experience in life. Though I had no experience in writing; these skills would help me write this book. I love a challenge. I have always enjoyed fixing things and being helpful. I fondly remember fixing a toaster one day. Figuring out what was wrong and how to fix it, put a smile on my face. It puts that same smile on my face to help others with their self care journey.
