Bryan Falchuk is a Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist, who helps people find what really matters to them so they change their lives. He is a professional speaker, life and executive coach, best-selling author, and he is also a father, husband, marathoner, vegan and early-riser. He had a twenty-year career in Insurance, where he was a C-level executive, and more recently in the technology space helping to grow a startup. Beyond that, professionally, he has devoted himself to helping inspire others to change their lives. He has presented at multiple TEDx events, had articles published in Inc. Magazine, the LA Times, Chicago Tribune, Business Insider and more. He has also been a guest on over 150 podcasts and radio shows, and hosts his own show, The Do a Day Podcast, inspired by his best-selling book, Do a Day.
