JONATHAN R. SNOWLING is a novelist, screenwriter and political consultant. He was the campaign manager behind the rise of several prominent U.S. Congressmen, including a former White House Chief of Staff. He is most known for his work steering an upset victory in the 2014 race for the Presidency of the Republic of Panama. For his work in Panama, Snowling received both the AAPC's Campaign Excellence Award and the Reed Award for "Best International Campaign" from Campaigns & Elections Magazine.
