Recently, the internet has been considered to be one of the most distinguishing characteristics of Distance Education. Namely, it is the generation that has met a large popularity and large prominence. In the present day, a lot of universities experience an important change, which affects many aspects such as expectations, goals, teachers¿ needs, learners¿ needs, among others. This change aims at offering educational services to communities, to press forward the frontiers of knowledge, to augment the number of students, both on and out-the campus, to raise the number of international students, to bring into being significant and up-to-date educational programs.

L'auteur est titulaire d'un master en linguistique appliquée de l'université Moulay Ismail de Meknès, au Maroc, en 2013. Il a obtenu son Bachlor of Arts en études anglaises en 2008 dans la même université. Ses recherches portent sur les sujets suivants : L'utilisation des TIC dans l'enseignement et l'apprentissage, le TEFL, la linguistique appliquée.
