It also focuses on issues, problems, limitations faced by the overall community under a developmental project. It tries to learn from their experiences what positive change has occurred in their lives.

Mr. Tushar Pradhan is a Master of Science in Disaster Management from TISS, Mumbai. His basic graduation is in BE (Computer Science & Engg) from Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Currently, serving as a District Disaster Management Officer (DDMO),Aurangabad District of Maharashtra,India.
