Autor

Msafiri Jaffar Ponera is an Assistant Librarian Cum Lecturer at the Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), Tanzania since 2010. He earned Master of Arts in Co-operative and Community Development from the Moshi Co-operative University, Tanzania in 2015. He attained Bachelor degree of Library and Information Science from Makerere University,2008.
