Halina Sobocka-Szczapa - habilitated doctor in the field of management science. He is a professor at the Social Academy of Sciences in ¿ód¿ (Poland). She has been conducting research in the field of labor market dealing with the issues of human resources management, and more broadly - a humanistic approach to management for many years.
