With dreams of becoming a Christian author, Joyce Byers Hill spent twenty-eight years as a full-time sales analyst for a worldwide corporation, crunching numbers by day and writing by night. Joyce is a devout Christian and enjoys writing fiction and poetry from a Christian perspective. Diamond in the Rough is Joyce's first novel, Book One in the A Place Called Hope series, which also includes Book Two, JC's Hope, and Book Three, Building Dreams.Joyce has a lifelong love of baseball, and enjoys writing, drawing, playing the accordion, scrapbooking, and researching family history. Joyce lives in Central Washington and is blessed to have been chosen to be the mother of an incredible daughter and a wonderful son-in-law.
