Thomas Harper is Professor in the Planning Program at the Faculty of Environmental Design, University of Calgary, Canada. Heloisa Costa is Associate Professor in the Geography Department at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Anthony Gar-On Yeh is Professor at the Centre of Urban Planning and Environmental Management and Dean of the Graduate School, University of Hong Kong.
