This paper presents data on the etiological structure of ORI in hospitalized children and shows the site of mycoplasma infection. The results of multifactorial analysis of clinical differences between pneumonic mycolasmatic and non-mycoplasmatic ethology in children are presented. Risk factors for mycoplasma pneumonia development in the conditions of infection outbreak are described, as well as the developed set of preventive measures aimed at reducing the share of pneumonia in the focus of infection is described.
