Autorenporträt
The Author: Rosanne Palmer is Lecturer in European Politics at Cardiff University¿s School of European Studies where she teaches on European Union politics and on comparative territorial politics. She completed her Ph.D. on devolution and EU policy-making at the Institute for German Studies (University of Birmingham) before joining Cardiff University in 2005. Her research interests include UK devolution, comparative territorial politics, German federalism and multi-level governance in the European Union.
