Dr. Matthew Cyril is a teacher by profession. He attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) where he obtained Ph.D in Science Education. He is a member various professional organizations. As lecturer at the University, he held administrative positions and has served in various committees. He is happily married with children.
