The treatment of pneumonia viruses with antiviral drugs produced mild to severe side effects until the immune system worked against the invaded virus. Recently, the prevention and treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV) complications consider as major obstacles to reducing HCV outbreaks worldwide. Therefore, it is crucial to develop a new alternative therapy for infection various viruses with low cost and low side effects. We hereby designated a novel device termed a Life Restoration Device (LRD to produce specified Stream of electrons and a low potential codified amount of ions. The electric frequencies can specifically destroy the nucleic acid DNA/RNA materials and viral envelope rather than the plasma of the infected cell. Our findings showed that LRD can decrease the viral load of HCV PCR-positive serum to 99% after 2 hrs treatment. Treatment of pneumonia and H5N1viruses with electric stimulation and hepatitis viruses with a codified amount of ions is a new alternative therapy but needs more investigations. The data obtained from this study is important to develop an effective alternative viral therapy using such kind of technology to reduce the antiviral drugs side effects.
