This research proposes to strengthen entrepreneurship skills from the systemic approach in students of the tenth grade of the academic technical institute and scout José Martí in the municipality of Neiva-Huila in the year 2021, it is presented as a feasible project, since it proposes a solution to the lack of interest in the educational classrooms and contextualization of the contents of the area of natural sciences, whose problem was addressed with a qualitative experimental research.As results, a characterization of the relationships of the study variables was obtained, allowing the design of a Maker strategy integrating biotechnology, allowing the evaluation of general performances through Physics, Chemistry and Biology questions related to each phase of the experimentation. On the other hand, the need to implement experimentation as a method of teaching and strengthening the concepts of the area of physics contextualized through situations that generate the development of entrepreneurial skills is recognized.
