The tween animation has a wide range of applications for cartographic content in Animate. It can be used to tell stories about topics, which is made visible by the animated map created. Ani-mating complex and sophisticated map visualizations can be challenging when using Adobe Animate. Animate is very helpful for animating simple map representations, but it quickly reaches its limits when it comes to multi-layered maps. For future analyses of the Adobe Ani-mate program, the use of interactive elements and sound effects would be of great interest.
