Wayne Rautio began his missions journey in 1967 at Monadnock Bible Conference in New Hampshire, and has since ministered in Child Evangelism Fellowship for 50 years. He has partnered with Cru as well, using the principles described in Developing Leaders throughout his life, to develop people in the organizations he's been involved in.
