This research has developed a quality assessment framework for assessing the quality of land administration system as well as the framework for applying TQM concepts to land administration using a step-wise approach of exploratory and explanatory case study research. Born on 15th January 1975 in Karnal Sher Killi, a town in Swabi district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. In August 2013, he got his PhD degree from ITC, University of Twente, the Netherlands. His research interest is the development of new techniques and methods in operation utilisation of Geo-ICT in Cadastre and Land Administration.
