Development of community-based rice seed production system: through "community-based-seed production and dissemination approach" and facilitate farmer to farmer seed exchange mechanism which helps availability of quality rice seed at grass-root level. Strengthening the existing FRG.

The author was born from his father Chanie Tegegne and his mother Mullu Kassie, in West Gojjam Zone of Amhara Region, Tiss Abay town, in July 1978. He is an Agricultural Economics researcher at Adet Agricultural Research Center up to date.
