The perception of climate variability is increasing the temperature and decrease and erratic distribution of rainfall are the highest risk to decrease agricultural production and productivity. The local adaptation strategies in the District have using irrigation, using improve crop variety, changing sawing date, soil conservation, planting tree aforestation, early planting, changing crop type, late planting, water harvesting and look off farm activities. The government policy and investment direction and strategies must support education, agriculture extension service, credit and information about climate variability including technological method, encourage and award agriculture tools.
