In so far as for effective competition in the global markets, the companies shall have a developed and futuristic; the necessity for analysis of internal and external environment of the organization is critical. Based on this, most organizations and companies which have entered the realm of study, designing model and its implementation have focused on cost leadership strategy; however, in this study, designing of value chain model has been first considered for achievement of net profit management strategy (consideration of cost- revenue and their mutual effects) and secondly in multistage production industry has been investigated. In order to observe the results of model in reality, textile industry which is a multistage axial industry has been selected as case study.
