The early security systems were mainly used for the sole purpose of securing the home perimeter from burglars/intruders without the any scope of identification of the intruder or the offending party. Shovon Nandi received his B.Tech degree in ECE from WBUT and M.Tech degree in Opto-Electronics from CU,India.He is currently working as an Asst.Prof. in the dept.of ECE at BIT,under TI group,Kolkata,India.He is the author of many research papers published in Int.Conferences & Journals.He serves as a review committee member of IEEE sponsored ICCCCM.
