Produktbeschreibung
In the present research investigation fast dissolving tablets of Aceclofenac and Lornoxicam were designed by adopting different techniques like, sublimation, Multilayer Technology, Hole Technology, Inlay Technology and Solid dispersion. In order to transfer the technology same methods were followed in two drugs. Formulations were evaluated for precompressional parameters such as Angle of repose, % compressibility and Hausner's ratio. The designed formulations were also subjected to post compressional analysis of the parameters such as,hardness, friability, in-vitro, in-vivo disintegration time, water absorption ratio, weight variation, drug content, wetting time, analgesic antipyretic activity, gastric tolerance study in rats, in vitro drug release study. Drug-polymer interaction studies were done by FTIR and DSC. Horizontal cross-section image of tablets prepared by sublimation method and surface morphology of solid dispersions was taken from SEM studies, short term stability studies on promised formulations by storing in stability chamber at different temperatures and humidity as per ICH guidelines.
