Raju Roldao Lauter hat ein Diplom für fortgeschrittene Studien in öffentlicher Politik vom ISCTE - Instituto Universitario de Lisboa, wo er seine Doktorarbeit in öffentlicher Politik schreibt. Er hat einen Master-Abschluss in öffentlicher Verwaltung und arbeitet derzeit an seiner Master-Dissertation im Verwaltungsrecht an derselben Universität.
