Autorenporträt
Michael Bohlander is a Professor of Law at Durham University (UK) and was the Senior Legal Officer of a trial chamber at the ICTY from 1999 - 2001. Roman Boed has served as a Judgement Coordinator at the International Criminal Tribunal for since 1999; he now works in the common Appeals Chamber of the ICTY and ICTR in The Hague. Richard J. Wilson is Professor of Law and founding director of the International Human Rights Law Clinic at the Washington College of Law, American University, in Washington, DC.
