What are the impacts of bad public officials in Indonesia? Why the public officials could undermine decentralization? This book is tried to answers these questions and the hypothesis.

Hold a MSc degree from Institute Development Policy and Management, University of Antwerp-Belgium. He hold a bachelor degree from University of Padjadjaran-Indonesia. He works as a lecturer at University of Bengkulu-Indonesia. His research is focus on decentralization, development and public service.
