Harriet Brill Outlaw, coauthor of Images of America: Baldwin County, is an educator with a passion for local history. She has produced documentaries on local schools and communities and published articles on Baldwin County history and folklore. Penny H. Taylor, a native Mobilian and Daphne resident, is a skilled amateur photographer and a professional graphic artist. She has practiced graphic design for many clients and industries over a 25-year period, and she is building her own graphic arts business, Taylored Graphix, LLC.
