What we call Vinyasa Yoga has become very popular in todays day as a physical, high cardio or gymnastics activity. However, in Yoga tradition it is understood and lived as a spiritual, sacred, and loving practice. Denis Criado reminds us of a truth as simple as it is profound: the practice of Vinyasa Yoga is not only based on pre-established sequences but also on the movement that is born from the energetic and intelligent flow back to our spiritual center. In Dance of Love, the keys are offered to make the practice of meditation in movement through the postures. Thus understood, Vinyasa Yoga allows us to recover fluidity and spontaneity in our relationships and we come into contact with life itself. In short, this accessible text teaches us the profound meaning offered by this ancient practice, a genuine sacred dance that teaches us the greatest art that we can recreate: the art of loving.
