Considering this, the paper tries to explore a new concept of community resilience through VDP . The main theme is to regulate the various component of a village, in terms of location, design, composition, distribution and material. Considering various data, the paper proposed how an effective VDP can ensure resilience for the coastal inhabitants of Bangladesh. Though the total remedy will not possible through this VDP, however, it starts to minimize the damages due to calamities.
