By means of quantitative research technique and content analysis of primary and secondary sources, a new set of significant customer satisfaction determinants were established and this would take continuous effort to maintain high customer satisfaction levels in the industry.

Autor

George Hove was born in Zimbabwe. He received a BBS honours degree from the University of Zimbabwe in 1990 and an MBA in 2008 from Mancosa. George has worked for Ziscosteel, Murray & Roberts and Steel Source Africa in the Sales and Marketing environment and has more than 15 years of experience in the steel and construction indusries.
