Produktbeschreibung
The problems of modern culture, first of all, are connected with the possibilities and prospects of a person who opens through culture (including other cultures) the drama and tragedy of his own being, his spiritual infinity and higher meaning. If we consider the problem of typology of culture from the philosophical point of view - from the point of view of the criterion that implies first of all understanding of the place and role of philosophy itself in the culture, which opens up some new prospects, which are essentially connected with the processes of its reforming occurring in our society. Difficulties in the formation of culturology are primarily due to the complexity, multiplicity, "gaseous" concept of culture as "ontological" phenomenon. In different countries and at different epochs one can observe the emergence of some currents in the dominant lifestyle, which sharply contrast with it and appear as a kind of cultural challenge to the dominant culture.
