Dr. SITALI B. LWENDO- MAKUDUMU (PhD) received his Primary education at Sangwali Primary School and Secondary education at both Kizito and Caprivi Senior Secondary School. The author started his professional life as a teacher at both Primary, Secondary schools, Polytechnic and as a University lecturer and farmer.
