Dishon K. M. Mngoda, holds a Bachelors Degree in Education and a Masters degree In Education (Guidance and counselling) .He is currently a University Student Counsellor and a PhD candidate at Moi University. He has presented papers at local and international conferences and has Research and Teaching experience in secondary schools and Universities.
