India has potential market of mushrooms, therefore this book is prepared for general public as well as industrialists and scientists. The book includes chapters like preparation of compost, use of different casing materials, use of bacterial bio-inoculant, cultivation of white button mushroom (Agaricus bisporus), harvesting of fresh fruiting bodies of button mushroom, management of different competitor moulds and weeds of mushroom. Mr. Shivam Singh did his B.Sc. (Agriculture) in 2011 from Gorakhpur University and M.Sc. (Ag.) Plant Pathology in 2013 from SHIATS-DU, Allahabad, India. Currently he is doing his Ph.D. in Plant Pathology (Mushroom Production and Pathology) from same place. Mr. Singh has published more than 10 research papers in national and international journals.
