ICT policy is presented as an enabler to a viable healthcare delivery. This book is intended to provide a comprehensive study on the adoption of scientific tools to enforce growth within the health sector by identifying the extent of ICT application, the application of appropriate ICT policy in the health sector, the influence of related policy, and other critical issues in healthcare delivery within the region to enhance development in the sector. La Dra. Barileé Baridam es actualmente profesora titular del Departamento de Informática de la Universidad de Port Harcourt (Nigeria). Obtuvo su doctorado en la Universidad de KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, Sudáfrica. También realizó una investigación de doctorado con la Universidad de Pretoria en el campo de la Inteligencia Computacional con énfasis en la Bioinformática.
