He has graduated from the Educational Planning & ManagementDepartment at Shiraz University in 1991. He completed his M.A. atIsfahan University in 1993 and his PhD at University of Turku in2008. Currently he has been working as an Assistant Professor atUniversity of Sistan and Baluchestan.
