In this sense, we start by understanding these principles and how the cooperative, the object of our research, Sicoob Tocantins, is structured to develop them and thus contribute to meeting the needs of its members and projecting economic, financial, and especially social results.

Airton Cardoso Cançado es Doctor en Administración por la UFLA (2011), Master en Administración por la UFBA (2004) y tiene experiencia en el área de Administración, con énfasis en Administración Cooperativa.
