For this investigation, the issue of creating awareness of blind students in the B.A in English of the language school of the University of Veracruz was searched. The method that was applied in this paper was the qualitative paradigm and we used the interview and the observation to know what was happening with a blind student in relation to her learning process.

Copérnico Fernando Pereyra Centella holds a BA in English and an MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). He has been teaching for several years at the Language School of the University of Veracruz (MEX). He also works as an online tutor for the Virtual ELT Program. He is currently studying a PhD in education. He is interested in written feedback, motivation, inclusion and special education needs. Fanny Nallely Hernández Sánchez holds a BA in English. She is currently teaching English to elementary school children. She is interested in reading, motivation, inclusion and special education needs.
