Jim Boswell has devoted over thirty-six years to building and leading large physician group practices. He has deep expertise in medical group alignment and is highly regarded for his ability to facilitate health system integration and physician engagement. Mr. Boswell appreciates the unique challenges that arise as health systems partner with physicians. His ability to understand the needs of multiple stakeholders with competing interests has enabled him to successfully lead the acquisition and integration of over fifty disparate medical groups in his career. Mr. Boswell served as the President of Baptist Medical Group, a nonprofit subsidiary of Baptist Memorial Healthcare. He was instrumental in the strategy development and implementation of the newly created medical group. Under Mr. Boswell’s guidance, Baptist formed one of the largest physician groups in the mid-South. Mr. Boswell holds a BS in Finance and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
