This book aims to give an account of Corporate Governance practices in public institutions and specifically in the West Central Metropolitan Area, according to the guidelines of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, OECD, which highlights six perspectives that deal with a transparent, equitable, efficient and fair government from the dynamics of the public sector.
