Philip Odiyo Ouma is a psychologist at Mvuli Psychological Services. He holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from Daystar University. He has a vast experience in psychological counseling for cancer patients for over 10 years in hospice settings. Philip is married to Jolanda and they have three children.
