Adisu Teshale Afeta nació en la parte occidental de Etiopía, llamada Horo Guduru wollega, el 1 de diciembre de 1985. Se graduó en la Universidad de Ciencia y Tecnología de Adama en Tecnología Eléctrica-Electrónica en julio de 2007. Recibió su MSc. Degree from same university in Electrical power Engineering on July 2012.
