This is what justifies the order of the Togolese Minister of Water and Village Hydraulics dated 30 November 2020 and published in the @gapola editorial office on 1 December 2020, which is intended to be a catalyst. Thus, this article aims to be a communication to help the acceptance of this ministerial decision to ensure an evaluation of public policies in this essential sector of activities and where tools of good governance such as the OECD are involved.

El autor, el Sr. Nakodjoua KOLANI, nacido el 23 de noviembre de 1983 en Koumassi, República de Costa de Marfil, obtuve una maestría clásica en Derecho de los Negocios en julio de 2009 en la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Jurídicas y Políticas de la Universidad de Bamako (Malí), luego una maestría 2 en Ciencias Jurídicas y Políticas.
